Job summary

GE Aerospace's Digital Technology organization leads the Defense & Systems portfolio. The Senior Director, Technical Product Management will own the DSCX product operating model and guide a team of product managers and UX designers to translate business outcomes into prioritized backlogs.

You will drive strategy, KPIs, and governance across the portfolio, partnering with Engineering to ship capabilities that realize measurable outcomes in Federal and commercial markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 10+ years of professional experience, or Associate's with 13+ years, or High School with 15 years.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap standard used across all DSCX product areas and ensure consistency.
• Define a two to three year roadmap and a prioritization framework for each product.
• Lead, coach and develop product management and UX teams; hire and manage performance.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and funding pipelines with quarterly reviews.
• Set the standard for product craft including discovery, backlog, and outcomes.
