Job summary

GE Aerospace is seeking a Senior Director, Technical Product Management to lead the DSCX portfolio. You will own the product operating model, roadmaps, prioritization, and governance while guiding a team of product managers and UX designers.

This role partners with Engineering to deliver capabilities across Federal and commercial markets. You will manage KPIs, OKRs, and a continuous improvement culture, leveraging FLIGHT DECK and AI to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with significant experience (minimum 10 years).
• Associate's degree with at least 13 years of experience.
• High School Diploma with at least 15 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead DSCX product management and UX teams to execute the operating model.
• Define roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and governance across portfolios.
• Partner with Engineering on design, sequencing, and delivery in enterprise architecture.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and funding pipelines for multiple product lines.
• Coach and develop a distributed product team to achieve measurable outcomes.
