Job summary

GE Aerospace's Digital Technology organization seeks a Senior Director of Technical Product Management to guide the DSCX portfolio. You will lead product managers and UX designers, shaping roadmaps, prioritization, and governance to deliver outcomes for Federal and commercial markets.

You will build scalable processes, mentor a team of 8–10 direct reports, and drive a data-driven approach with KPIs and OKRs. Strong AI acumen and enterprise collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of professional experience, or an Associate's with 13 years, or a HS diploma with 15 years.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management and IT.
• Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap standard used across all DSCX product areas.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and OKRs for each product.
• Ensure PRDs and INVEST-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Own stakeholder map, cadence, and decision rights per product area.
• Lead, coach, and develop the product management and UX team, hiring and performance management.
