Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience.
• 12 years of experience in software engineering, technology operations, or related tech roles.
• 6 years of people management with direct reports and leaders.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams with delivery accountability.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of production systems and reliability improvements.
• Experience stabilizing and modernizing legacy systems under pressure.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, observability, and secure development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform.
