You will partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and business stakeholders to drive modernization, reduce risk, and achieve measurable business outcomes through technology. The role emphasizes leadership development and continuous learning in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in lieu of degree acceptable.
• 12+ years in software engineering, tech ops, or related roles.
• 6+ years of people management experience overseeing engineering managers/senior leaders.
• Experience leading multiple engineering teams and delivering complex platforms.
• Proven ability to own production systems end-to-end and improve reliability.
