Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 4+ years of relevant experience or GED.
• 12+ years in software engineering, tech operations, or related roles.
• 6+ years in people management and supervising engineers.
• Experience owning production systems end-to-end and improving reliability and performance.
• Experience stabilizing and modernizing legacy systems in production environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, observability, and secure development.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, and business stakeholders.
• Experience advising on portfolio planning and resource tradeoffs across engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership across engineering delivery, platform operations, and technology services.
• Lead engineering managers and technology leaders to ensure fast, secure, high-quality delivery.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, and business leaders to improve execution and reliability.
• Drive modernization and operational maturity while managing risks and measuring business outcomes.
