Job summary

Rosendin is seeking a Sr. Director, Talent Management in Austin, TX to lead enterprise talent strategies. You will drive succession planning, calibrations, and talent pools, partnering with HRBPs and executives to shape leadership readiness and workforce design.

You’ll optimize processes, align job architecture with growth objectives, and build scalable HR practices that support Rosendin’s expanding footprint across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years leading teams.
• Experience leading succession planning, calibration, and talent pools.
• Expertise in organizational design, career pathways, and workforce planning.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday or Oracle; data-driven mindset.
• Strong judgment, autonomy, and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise succession planning, calibrations, and talent pools.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure readiness for senior roles.
• Lead talent calibration with HRBPs and business leaders.
• Develop frameworks to identify and retain high-potential talent.
• Shape job architecture, leveling, and career pathways.
• Drive lean, scalable HR processes and measure program effectiveness.
• Forecast headcount and align workforce plans with business strategy.
• Represent the VP of People in strategic initiatives and cross-functional forums.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive talent information.
