Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a Technical Training Senior Director to design, plan and run a company-wide strategic training program. You will build a comprehensive on-the-job training framework for ops teams across Waste to Energy, Transfer Stations, and Environmental Solutions, and mentor training colleagues to grow talent.

You will partner with senior leaders, secure resources for a scalable training strategy, lead a cross-functional team, and ensure training is compliant, measurable and aligned with

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related experience creating technical training and leading a team of technical trainers in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manufacturing with knowledge of training both technical and non-technical subjects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to train large groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide curricula development support that is role- and activity-based. Develop site training capabilities using a train-the-trainer approach.
• Monitor learning maturity and ensure continuous improvements for training systems and programs.
• Lead a team of training professionals responsible for technical training across operations and maintenance.
