Job summary

ADP is seeking a Senior Director of Business Development within Major Account Services. You will identify and grow strategic distribution channels and drive multi-channel growth to expand market reach and revenue.

Own the full alliance lifecycle—from partner identification and due diligence to negotiations, enablement, and ongoing growth—serving as a senior partner to cross-functional leadership and guiding channel strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• Hybrid working arrangement with office and home days.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
• Experience leading sales operations and go-to-market functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and develop new distribution channels to expand market coverage.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-channel growth strategy.
