Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sr. Director, Client Services within the National Accounts organization.

You will lead multiple service teams, drive NPS, client retention, and associate engagement across a defined market segment, reporting to the Division VP of Comprehensive Outsourcing Services. The role emphasizes talent management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration with C-suite clients and Finance.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in high-performance service/operational management.
• Experience leading leaders and matrix-managed teams.
• Interacts with C-suite executives.
• Strong leadership, people management and mentoring.
• Data-driven decision making and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support and implements the strategy for servicing assigned market segment.
• Evaluate and improve availability and resolution of client inquiries.
• Set goals, budgets, incentives, and procedures with VP leadership.
• Ultimately responsible for client experience, NPS, and retention.
• Lead a virtual/matrix-managed organization with service strategies.
• Drive associate engagement and talent development including succession planning.
• Ensure accountability to productivity goals across client service teams.
• Collaborate with senior teams on client support strategies and escalations.
• Mentor staff and guide professional growth.
• Review data to drive quality, retention and engagement improvements.
