Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or related leadership roles.
• Proven track record in enterprise software, SaaS, HCM, or AI partnerships.
• Strong executive communication, negotiation, financial modeling, and business-case skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives in a complex enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the National Accounts business development and partnership strategy in alignment with growth priorities.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and assess build, buy, or partner opportunities.
• Set partnership priorities across AI, talent, workforce management, analytics, benefits, and employee experience.
• Develop executive-level business cases and proposals to support partnership decisions.
• Lead external partner relationships, negotiations, contract discussions, and governance.
• Coordinate with Ventures, Corporate Development, Marketplace, and other ADP teams for alignment.
• Provide direction to portfolio management activities led by the Senior Manager, Business Development.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Product, Technology, Security, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Own the portfolio strategy, ROI oversight, and value realization approach.
• Establish governance processes to evaluate, launch, scale, and optimize strategic partnerships.
