The role partners closely with the CRO and senior sales leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning that accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of People Partner/HRBP experience with a bachelor’s degree or 15+ years with a master’s; PhD with 12 years accepted.
• Significant experience directly managing people and building high-performing teams.
• Proven track record as strategic partner to C-suite executives in a global, quota-driven environment.
• Experience with tech sales/go-to-market dynamics in SaaS or cloud contexts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner and trusted advisor to the CRO and sales leadership.
• Manage and develop a team of People Partners supporting Global Worldwide Field organization.
• Ensure workforce strategy aligns with revenue, retention, and customer impact outcomes.
• Attend QBRs and operating reviews; influence key talent decisions and budgets.
• Drive talent actions, succession planning, and culture health across the sales organization.
