Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in People Partner/HRBP with related education or equivalent experience.
• Experience coaching and managing a team of People Partners or HRBPs.
• Strategic partner to C-suite executives with global sales/GTm experience.
• Experience in tech, cloud, SaaS or PaaS environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic partner to CRO and sales leadership, influencing senior-level decisions.
• Lead and develop a Global Field People Partner team, shaping growth and career paths.
• Align workforce strategy with pipeline, quota, and GTM strategy to drive revenue impact.
• Own talent reviews, succession planning, and culture health initiatives for the sales org.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition to deliver global solutions.
