Job summary

Cohesity, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, People Partner to support its Sales organization. You will advise the CRO and Sales leadership, build and coach a high-performing People Partner team, and translate business priorities into scalable people solutions that accelerate revenue growth.

You will own workforce strategy, org design, and talent management across the Global Field Organization, partnering with Finance, Legal, and Total Rewards to deliver globally consistent HR programs.

Qualifications

• Seasoned HR leader with 15+ years in People Partner/HRBP roles.
• Experience partnering with C-suite and senior leadership, esp. in sales/go-to-market.
• Industry experience in technology, cloud, SaaS, or PaaS environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to the CRO and Sales leadership.
• Lead and develop a team of People Partners for the Global Worldwide Field organization.
• Align workforce strategy with GTM, pipeline, and quota goals; influence org design decisions.
• Oversee talent reviews, succession planning, and performance differentiation at scale.
• Drive culture health initiatives and people-analytics to forecast attrition and ramp times.
