Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to senior leadership, synthesizing inputs across the organization.
• Serve as PMO for Store Operations for large cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Integrate cross-functional initiatives and ensure visibility of interdependencies.
• Distill large information into clear insights and actionable plans.
• Lead special projects and executive requests with tight timelines.
• Drive organizational focus, manage ad hoc demands and maintain alignment.
• Establish operating rhythms for senior leadership, including agendas and decision forums.
