Qualifications

• 8-10+ years in Allocation, Planning, Merchandising, or related retail function.
• 5+ years leading a team.
• Ability to translate enterprise merchandising strategies into actionable assortment/ allocation frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with data, insights and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• Meet with Merchant and Planning cross-functional partners to drive Product strategies.
• Collaborate with business partners to improve store assortments.
• Lead Manager teams to translate Merchant strategies into Allocation levers.
• Drive cross-department communication for accurate execution of strategies.
• Communicate goals and progress to VP and other partners.
