Salesforce is seeking a Director of Regional Success Architecture to lead a world-class team of Success Architects in AMER. You will drive proactive customer success, adoption, and value realization while aligning with regional and global stakeholders.

A strong coaching culture and executive relationship building are essential. You will oversee metrics like CSAT, time to resolution, and health, ensuring top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting/professional services, customer success, or related roles.
• 5+ years in management with 15+ reports
• Experience with Cloud/SaaS environments and global/regional customers
• Strong leadership with ability to develop high-performing teams
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and strategic outcomes
• Experience in matrixed, global organizations
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels
• Ability to influence across global teams and cultures
• Experience with Agentforce, CRM, or similar platforms
