Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Senior Director to prescriptively shape and scope AI-enabled cloud solutions, mentoring architects and guiding implementation proposals for key government and enterprise clients.

You will lead pre-sales activities across Salesforce Core/PSS and related clouds, ensuring customer success and governance for large multi-cloud projects while collaborating with sales and professional services teams.

Qualifications

5+ years direct experience delivering/overseeing solutions.
12+ years delivering consulting services with team leadership.
2+ years sizing and scoping projects.
Salesforce System Architect Certification or comparable.
Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Scope projects accurately to meet client requirements.
Provide governance for pre-sales solutioning and architecture on large multi-cloud implementations.
Mentor and support team members on large, complex scoping efforts.
Lead pre-sales initiatives and develop client-specific proposals, SOWs, staffing plans.
Align with Account and Services Sales teams to gain consensus on proposals.
Build trusted advisory relationships with customers and partners.
