Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced salesforce architect to lead pre-sales efforts and deliver complex multi-cloud solutions for strategic clients in the United States. You will work closely with account teams, engineers, and product SMEs to shape architectures that meet customer needs and drive successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a deep understanding of Salesforce Core/PSS, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of guiding customers through large-scale implementations

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering and/or overseeing applicable solutions.
• 12+ years delivering consulting services with team leadership.
• 2+ years sizing and scoping applicable projects.
• Salesforce System Architect Certification (or comparable).

Responsibilities

• Accurately scope projects (people, skills, timeframe) to meet client requirements.
• Provide SME guidance on Salesforce Core/PSS products in client engagements.
• Oversee pre-sales solutioning and architecture for large multi-cloud implementations.
• Support renewals by aligning success with services roadmap.
• Mentor and coach team members on complex scoping efforts.
• Lead pre-sales initiatives and develop client proposals, SOWs, and staffing plans.
