Workday is seeking a Senior Director to lead our Service Sales & Activation function. You will combine rigorous services sales execution with technology adoption to drive scalable growth and oversee a multi-disciplinary team spanning sales, delivery validation, and technology enablement.

You’ll directly engage with sales, capture, and account leadership on complex deals, shaping scoping, staffing, and technical solutions while maintaining senior client relationships and targeting growth across

Qualifications

• Proven P&L and book-of-business ownership at scale.
• Direct, hands-on experience activating emerging technology within large or government accounts.
• Hands-on capture and estimation credibility; authored scoping and staffing approaches.
• Delivery leadership across large, cross-functional delivery organizations.
• Demonstrated people-development track record.
• Multi-platform systems integration background (SaaS/cloud delivery).

Responsabilités

• Own and lead a multi-disciplinary team spanning services sales execution, delivery validation, and new technology enablement.
• Partner with sales, capture, and account leadership on complex, large-scale pursuits.
• Build a standing enablement model for new technology waves from pilot to production.
• Develop and coach team members with clear succession paths.
• Manage senior client relationships at C-suite/VP levels and drive growth.
• Establish governance and cross-functional alignment across go-to-market, legal, finance, and product.
