CVS Health in Vermont seeks a Sales Performance Analytics Leader to transform analytics from reporting to strategic decision support. You will partner with senior sales and enterprise leaders to drive outcome-focused insights and define a clear roadmap for the analytics function.

You will own the analytics product portfolio, set a vision, and lead a multidisciplinary team delivering dashboards, forecasts, and actionable insights that inform planning and performance decisions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales analytics or related function.
• Hands-on in BI, data engineering, dashboards, or analytics product mgmt.
• Proven people leadership and change management experience.
• Ability to rationalize portfolio by value, usage and effort.
• Partner with senior leaders, define KPIs, and turn analytics into actions.
• Knowledge of health care/insurance environments and matrix organizations.
• Fluent with Salesforce, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and cloud platforms; AI analytics awareness.

• Own analytics product portfolio and prioritization with strategic impact.
• Partner with sales and enterprise leaders to define decisions analytics must enable.
• Ensure dashboards and forecasts are accurate, timely, scalable, trusted.
• Establish intake, governance, and success measures balancing operations and strategy.
• Define adoption and business impact measures to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate insights and tradeoffs to executives and stakeholders.
