Job summary

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, shape the analytics product portfolio and roadmap, partner with senior sales leaders, and deliver trusted dashboards, forecasts, and data products while driving adoption and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales analytics or related decision-support functions.
• Hands-on analytics, BI, data engineering, or analytics product management.
• Proven people leadership experience and change management.
• Ability to prioritize portfolio, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
• Knowledge of healthcare or CVS Health environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary performance analytics team.
• Create and execute a change agenda from reactive reports to proactive insights.
• Own the analytics product portfolio and prioritize high-impact work.
• Partner with senior leaders to define KPIs and dashboards.
• Ensure dashboards, forecasts, and analytics are accurate, timely, and trusted.
• Establish intake, governance, and success measures for value delivery.
• Define metrics for adoption, data quality, and business impact.
• Lead through change and communicate the case for change.
• Oversee DataMart and analytics ecosystem with tech leaders.
• Represent analytics to executives with clarity and impact.
