Job summary

Invoca is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Data Platform & Intelligence. You will own the roadmap for the data context layer and the intelligence products that sit on top, collaborating with AI engineering and data science teams to ship measurable value for internal users and customers.

You will drive data-division execution, guide tradeoffs across data quality and cost, and ensure data products deliver tangible business impact in a fast-moving AI environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in data platforms, AI infrastructure, analytics or intelligence products.
• Technical fluency to partner with data engineers and AI teams.
• Experience with data lake/warehouse platforms and data products at scale.
• Experience building intelligence products used by internal teams and customers.
• Familiar with evaluation approaches for data-driven AI systems.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS with data governance and multi-tenant isolation.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end roadmap for data platform and intelligence products.
• Define and launch signals, scores, and insights with measurable value.
• Structure, stage, and deliver context to AI agents across channels.
• Drive cross-team execution and manage dependencies.
• Build data applications and agents on the data lake for business use cases.
• Partner with data engineers and ML teams to balance data freshness, latency, and cost.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, coverage, and quality signals.
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for data infrastructure and integrations.
