Job summary

Invoca is seeking a Director of Product, Data to own the Data & Intelligence Product Team and drive the data platform that power AI Agents across the product suite. You will lead two PMs, align roadmaps, and partner with engineering, data science, security, and GTM teams to deliver measurable business impact.

You will champion data governance, developer-friendly APIs, and scalable analytics, while shaping the consumer profile and knowledge context used by agents.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, including line management of PMs.
• Experience owning a data platform product at scale.
• Strong experience with data contracts, schemas, and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the Data Platform roadmap including ingestion, standardization, and governance.
• Lead and coach two PMs in Consumer Profile and Knowledge & Context Services, and Data Visualization and Insights.
• Set a single, coherent data strategy across all three domains from raw data to customer action.
• Define context engineering foundations and how consumer context is assembled for agents.
• Shape the unified consumer profile and ensure safe, cross-channel usage.
• Own AI recommendations for AI Agents and drive data-driven product experiences.
