Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/MS Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
• 12+ years of professional experience in sales & marketing.
• Strong leadership and change management capabilities with a proven track record.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and Sr. Executives.
• Proven pursuit and execution of meeting sales goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Implements the sales strategy for US Renewables Service across Account Sales and Channel, achieving targets.
• Organizes and develops the sales team, coaching subordinates per HR policies.
• Sets sales targets and oversees improvement plans to achieve them.
• Develops regional sales structure for direct and channel-based models.
• Identifies opportunities with existing and new customers and allocates resources.
• Builds strong relationships with key customers and decision makers; drives marketing communications.
• Negotiates key contracts and manages costs to meet volume and margin targets.
