ABB Inc. in Idaho (Remote) seeks aSenior Consultant for Energy & Carbon to drive Renewables service sales and market development. You will translate customer needs into ABB ECS Renewables offerings, build lasting relationships, and support proposals with Operations and Engineering to ensure value and satisfaction.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field and at least 3 years in sales. Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or sales field or related experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales-driven role.
• Technical knowledge of electrical engineering, EV and solar energy infra preferred.
• Strong communication with presentations; proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, Salesforce and Box.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Generates service sales leads and develops new market opportunities.
• Uses database to understand customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Markets ABB ECS Renewables products through campaigns and events.
• Translates customer needs into ABB offerings and solutions.
• Supports tailored proposal generation to meet client needs.
• Builds long-term customer relationships and promotes Life Cycle Management.
• Documents feedback and ensures customer satisfaction during the sales process.
• Partners with Operations and Engineering on price and risk assessments.
• Records information in CRM and manages weekly sales visits and proposals.
