Job summary

ABB seeks an Energy & Carbon Senior Consultant in the United States to drive service sales for Renewables. You will generate leads, collaborate across teams, and translate customer needs into ABB ECS offerings, aiming to expand market opportunities and strengthen long-term client relationships.

With at least 3 years in sales and a solid technical background in electrical engineering, EV, and solar energy, you will leverage Salesforce and Microsoft tools to manage proposals, campaigns, and CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or sales-driven field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a sales-driven role.
• Technical knowledge of electrical engineering, EV and solar energy infrastructure preferred.
• Strong communicator with presentation skills and proficiency in analytical software and digital sales tools (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, Salesforce, Box).
• Eligible to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Generate service sales leads and partner with senior peers to develop new market opportunities.
• Identify and develop sales opportunities within the market using the database.
• Market ABB's Renewables service products through campaigns, trade shows, and customer meetings.
• Translate customer needs into ABB ECS Renewables offerings and solutions.
• Support tailored proposal generation to meet customer needs and targets.
• Build long-term customer relationships and promote Life Cycle Management (LCM).
• Document feedback and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Operations and Engineering on price, quality, and package requirements.
• Record information in the CRM and manage weekly sales visits and pipeline.
