Job summary

Fluxx is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Services, to drive the operational and financial performance of onboarding and implementations. This remote, full-time role requires 10+ years in PS or delivery, with 5+ in senior leadership, and oversight of internal teams and partners to scale customer projects and profitability.

You will own forecasting, staffing, pricing, and governance, ensuring throughput, margin, and strong customer outcomes while aligning with Fluxx's mission and growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services or customer delivery.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with P&L responsibility.
• Experience managing implementation partners and PSA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Operate Professional Services as a strategic business function with P&L accountability.
• Define forecasts, staffing models, and pricing aligned to revenue goals.
• Oversee delivery governance and ensure scalable, high-quality implementations.
• Partner with Finance and CX leadership to drive margin and profitability.
• Lead and scale a team of project managers and solution builders.
