Job summary

Fluxx is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Services to lead onboarding and implementations within the Customer Experience Team. This remote, full‑time role in the United States oversees internal teams and external partners to deliver projects efficiently, profitably, and at scale.

You will own the P&L, create forecasts and pricing, and partner with Finance, Sales, Product, and CX to optimize margins and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Delivery.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive margins.
• Experience with PSA tools and SaaS implementations.

Responsibilities

• Operate Professional Services as a strategic business function with P&L ownership.
• Define annual financial targets and plans to achieve them.
• Oversee internal teams and implementation partners to deliver projects.
• Lead delivery governance and performance frameworks.
• Partner with Sales, Product, CX for scope and profitability.
