Job summary

Flux Resources, LLC is seeking a Project Manager 2 to lead multiple projects from initiation through completion in a dynamic environment. This full-time role offers on-site, hybrid, or remote options and emphasizes effective collaboration with cross‑functional teams and vendors.

You will develop plans, manage scope, schedule, and budget, monitor risks, and communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring on-time, on-scope delivery and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Experience applying project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical, problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects and ensure successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and manage availability.
• Monitor costs, forecasts and budget performance.
• Manage vendor relationships and project dependencies.
• Maintain risk and issue logs and escalate concerns as needed.
• Administer change control processes per policy.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and up to date.
