Fluxx is seeking a Senior Director, Professional Services to lead the Customer Experience Team and scale onboarding and implementations.

The role oversees internal teams and external partners, drives P&L, margins, and delivery governance across quick starts to enterprise deployments, ensuring profitable, customer-centric outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Consulting, or Customer Delivery.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in managing financial and operational metrics including utilization, margin, and forecasting.
• Experience managing implementation partners and enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate Professional Services as a strategic business function, accountable for P&L, utilization, margin, throughput, and revenue forecasting.
• Develop and execute financial forecasts, staffing models, and pricing strategies aligned with revenue goals.
• Oversee internal teams and external partners to ensure profitable, scalable delivery and positive customer outcomes.
• Establish delivery governance, standardize offerings, and drive improvements in throughput and burn rate.
• Lead partner enablement, certification, and performance management to ensure high-quality deployments.
