Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial equipment or related sectors.
• Experience leading a national sales organization across channels and regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategy for ISM and IP portfolios to meet revenue and market-share objectives.
• Lead Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
• Provide executive updates, forecasts, and performance analyses to leadership.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Management, and global teams to align priorities.
• Coach and mentor sales managers to build a high-performing organization.
