Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for Industrial Sewing Machines and Industrial Printing to lead the IPD sales organization across the U.S. You will shape strategy, coach regional teams, and align cross-functional partners to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

The role is remote and field-based, with travel up to 75% of the time; a hybrid office option may exist for commuting near the Bridgewater, NJ HQ.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial sewing machines, garment technology, or related equipment.
• Experience leading national sales organizations across distributors, dealers, OEMs, and direct end users.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies driving growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the IPD portfolio to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
• Lead and coach Regional Sales Managers and product teams to build a high-performing sales organization.
• Own the sales budget, forecasts, and reported performance to executive leadership.
• Foster strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value.
• Travel to engage with customers, partners, and teams across the U.S.
