Brother is seeking a Senior Director of Sales for Industrial Sewing Machines and Industrial Printing to drive revenue growth nationwide in the US. You will lead ISM and IP product line sales, build and coach a high‑performing team, and collaborate across operations, finance, and product management to execute strategic plans.

The role requires executive leadership, strong channel partnership development, and travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience leading national sales teams in industrial equipment/technology is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive multi-million-dollar sales objectives.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for ISM and IP product lines to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
• Lead and coach Regional Sales Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, and Product Managers to build a high‑performing team.
• Own the sales budget, revenue forecast, and profitability targets; monitor CRM data and pipeline.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Management, and global partners to align priorities and drive execution.
• Travel with the sales team to client sites; maintain strong distributor and end-user relationships.
