Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Senior Director, Sales, Industrial Sewing and Printing to lead the IPD sales organization across ISM and IP portfolios in the United States. You will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The role requires building and guiding Regional Sales Managers, Technical Sales Specialists, and Product Managers, with travel up to 75% nationwide and occasional hybrid opportunities near

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 12+ years in industrial sales leadership.
• Experience leading national sales organizations.
• Proven ability to meet multi-million-dollar objectives.
• Experience with CRM, forecasting, budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Industrial Sewing Machines and IP product lines across the national market.
• Develop and coach regional managers and sales specialists.
• Own sales budget, forecasts, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product Management and global teams.
• Provide executive updates and strategic recommendations.
