Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial sewing machines, garment technology, industrial printing, or related equipment.
• Experience leading a national sales organization across multiple markets, channels, and end users.
• Proven ability to develop and execute long-term sales strategies driving revenue growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales strategy and execution for IPD to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share goals.
• Coach regional managers, specialists, and product managers to build a high-performing team.
• Own budgets, forecasts, and CRM reporting; drive cross-functional collaboration with operations, finance, and product management.
