Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Director, Client Partner to act as the CEO and P&L owner for one or more client accounts in the Life Sciences space. You will shape delivery, build executive relationships and drive business results across delivery teams and science practices.

This remote role requires leading complex engagements, managing revenue and profitability, and partnering with practice leaders to grow strategic accounts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of developing and growing client relationships in software development or management consulting.
• 5+ years working in Life Sciences (Research/Drug Discovery/Clinical Development/Commercial).
• Knowledge of Biotech and Pharma trends, Digital Transformation, Agile/DevOps, Big Data and Analytics.
• Proven ability to simplify complex scientific, business and technical problems.
• Understanding of human-centered design and user experience in technical solutions.
• Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics across large accounts and portfolios.
• Ability to balance account management, business development and sales activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all commercial aspects of the client portfolio including revenue, profitability, contracts, pricing and forecasting.
• Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor across EPAM-client teams to ensure productivity, service and quality.
• Drive opportunities through creativity and innovation, expanding programs and identifying new business and technical opportunities.
• Engage with senior and C-level stakeholders to deliver business-building ideas and secure feedback.
• Stay informed on trends to articulate impact on client business and develop opportunities.
• Align with BU Head and portfolio owners to co-develop account plans for delivery and growth.
• Shape solutions bridging strategy to execution, pricing engagements, and leading transitions from sales to delivery.
• Open new opportunities and close contracts, supporting sales and pre-sales through RFPs and proposals.
