Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Director, Client Partner (Financial Services) to lead strategic engagements with regional and multinational banks, wealth and asset managers, and FinTech clients. You will craft business strategies, grow client relationships, and drive end-to-end IT services delivery across financial services.

You will leverage industry knowledge and leadership to shape solutions in retail banking, wealth management, asset management, or capital markets, while guiding teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years in P&L, sales, or account management roles.
• 10+ years in retail banks, investment banks, wealth managers, or asset managers.
• 5+ years growing client relationships and leading IT services delivery.
• Experience selling software engineering services (cloud, analytics, digital engagement).
• Executive presence with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create business strategies to help clients achieve goals.
• Be a consultative account manager for regional and multinational banks and FinTechs.
• Leverage industry knowledge to envision how technology transforms clients’ business.
• Serve as expert business/tech consultant in one or more FS areas.
