Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public-interest sales channel across the United States. The role emphasizes growth with government, non-profit, and B2B accounts and advancing harm-reduction access.

The position is open to 100% remote work or hybrid options in Western Michigan or Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN area, offering strong cross-functional collaboration and state-level advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pharma/OTC sales within government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of experience with contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies including public health depts., procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH, etc.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsabilités

• Work with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to expand naloxone presence in aligned states.
• Develop and manage sales execution with government, non-profits, and harm-reduction orgs to optimize access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities in target states.
• Oversee RFQs and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Develop direct relationships with government entities to raise Padagis awareness and improve naloxone access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and set ambitious but achievable performance goals.
• Lead participation in state public health initiatives to advocate naloxone distribution.
• Analyze market trends and policy changes to inform strategic decisions and policy influence.
• Guide accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
