Job summary

Padagis is seeking an Associate Director to lead the Naloxone public-interest sales strategy across the United States, starting January 2027. The role oversees the channel strategy and implementation in government, non-profit, and B2B accounts, balancing social impact with business growth.

The position is open to 100% remote work nationwide or hybrid in Western Michigan or Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage RFQs and contracts, and drive advocacy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Pharma/OTC sales role within government/public interest.
• At least 3 years of experience with contract negotiations.
• B2B sales experience.
• Strong network across government agencies including public health departments, state procurement offices, SAMHSA, HHS, NIH, etc.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Demonstrated ability for relationship management with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Sales Director and cross-functional teams to establish a business plan for expanding naloxone across states/territories.
• Develop and manage sales execution with government, non-profit, and B2B accounts to optimize access.
• Identify decision-makers and key opinion leaders to unlock opportunities within target states.
• Oversee RFQ submissions and contracts with government entities, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.
• Develop direct relationships with government entities to maximize naloxone awareness and access.
• Assist with sales forecasting and setting ambitious yet achievable goals.
• Lead participation in state public health initiatives and advocate for naloxone programs.
• Analyze market trends and policy changes to inform strategy and influence state policies.
• Guide accounts through Padagis Direct ecommerce portal.
