Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a dynamic Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model within the Network team. This role directs strategy development, risk assessment, and end-to-end delivery of complex, multi‑segment programs across the organization.

The role requires exceptional leadership, 10+ years in healthcare, 5+ years in project management, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 10 years of healthcare experience.
• 5 years of project management experience.
• 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations to executive audiences.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Serve as a primary liaison between internal organizations and leadership, translating network requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and methodologies to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and data-driven insights to leadership highlighting project status and key metrics.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
