Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and collaborate with partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
• Promote cross-organizational collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively to leadership, partners, and team members.
• Serve as a primary liaison translating network requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes.
• Deliver reports and data-driven insights to leadership with key metrics.
