Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to oversee the provider service model. You will lead strategic planning, ideation, and execution across national programs, aligning objectives with business goals and coordinating with stakeholders to maximize value and efficiency.

This role requires executive-level communication, risk and budget management, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations for executive audiences.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Create and deliver high-quality executive presentations to leadership for decision making.
• Develop governance frameworks, policies, and methodologies to optimize network infrastructure outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align objectives with business goals.
