Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, oversee risk, milestones and budgets, and align projects with organizational goals.

You will craft executive presentations, partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, drive governance, reporting, and continuous improvement across Network Nation. This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid-work schedule.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in healthcare.
• At least 5 years in project management.
• At least 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design and deliver executive presentations for informed decision-making.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver executive presentations ensuring complex information is communicated clearly for decision-making.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across the organization.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes and business goals.
• Deliver data-driven reports highlighting status, metrics, and improvement opportunities.
