CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model and drive strategic initiatives across Network Nation. You will direct end-to-end project management, manage risk, and align objectives with organizational goals in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will create executive-level presentations, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize network performance and implement best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations for executives.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across the organization to optimize network infrastructure.
• Monitor project progression, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with leadership, partners, and team members.
