Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to guide strategic planning and end-to-end execution of the provider service model. You will coordinate with NS&PE leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize network infrastructure and drive program success.

This role emphasizes accountability, strong stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of data-driven insights to executive leadership, with hybrid work preferences and a focus on healthcare excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience.
Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
Ability to design and deliver executive presentations for informed decisions.
Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems.

Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Manage and work closely with our partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
Coordinate across the organization to drive governance and optimize network outcomes.
Develop governance framework, policies, and methodologies to support goals.
Deliver reports and data-driven insights to leadership with key metrics.
