Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to oversee the provider service model, align objectives with strategic goals, and ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery across national programs.

You will craft executive presentations, manage cross‑functional partners, and drive governance, risk management, and performance reporting to support decision‑making at the highest levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and work closely with partners to monitor project progression and address challenges.
• Coordinate across the organization to ensure alignment and governance.
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes.
• Deliver comprehensive reports and data-driven insights to leadership with status and metrics.
