Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management to oversee the provider service model within the Network Nation. You will guide end-to-end initiatives, manage risk, and align projects with strategic goals in a complex healthcare environment.

The role requires senior leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to translate network requirements into actionable plans. Hybrid work in Hartford is preferred, with remote options for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years in project management.
• Minimum 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Ability to design and deliver executive presentations for decision-making.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Experience with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment and milestone tracking.
• Promote accountability and continuous improvement across teams.
• Manage partnerships to monitor progress and address challenges.
• Coordinate across the organization to translate network requirements into actionable plans.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies to optimize network outcomes.
• Deliver data-driven reports highlighting status, metrics, and improvement areas.
