Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Lead Director, Project Management on the Network team to oversee the provider service model, align objectives with strategic goals, and drive multi‑year, cross‑functional initiatives.

You will manage complex projects, prepare executive presentations, and partner with senior leaders to optimize network performance, budgets, and delivery timelines across the organization.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of healthcare experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years with provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Demonstrated ability to design, structure, and deliver high‑impact presentations tailored to executive audiences.
• Proficient experience in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience with flexing and shifting priorities.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively to solve problems, make decisions and complete work/projects.

Responsibilities

• Direct the end-to-end management of the provider service model, including risk assessment, milestone tracking, and performance evaluation, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations for executive and senior leadership, ensuring that complex information is communicated clearly and effectively to support decision-making processes.
• Leadership: Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Manage and work closely with our partners to monitor project progression ensuring that the program is progressing according to plan and addressing any challenges that arise.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by coordinating and working collaboratively across the organization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary liaison between the different internal organizations and leadership team, translating complex network requirements into actionable plans and updates.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement governance framework as appropriate, policies, and methodologies to optimize the network infrastructure outcomes and support business goals.
• Reporting and Analysis: Deliver comprehensive reports and data-driven insights to leadership, highlighting project status, key metrics, and areas for enhancement
