CVS Health is seeking a Lead Director of Project Management on the Network team to guide strategic initiatives across provider services. You will oversee end-to-end program delivery, drive governance, and collaborate with senior leaders to align objectives with business goals.

This role emphasizes executive communication, risk management, and budget oversight, with a focus on improving provider experiences and network performance in a large healthcare organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years healthcare experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in provider relations, network operations, or provider contracting.
• Experience designing and delivering executive presentations.
• Proficient in project planning, management, and monitoring.
• Proficient with MS Office suite applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).
• Experience adapting to shifting priorities and working independently.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end management of the provider service model with risk assessment and milestones.
• Create and deliver executive presentations for decision making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to optimize network infrastructure.
• Develop governance, policies, and methodologies aligned to business goals.
• Monitor project progress, budget, risk, and reporting to leadership.
